These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of myallgoodhome.com (the "Site") and your interactions with AllGood Home Improvements ("AllGood," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about our services and request an estimate. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Submitting a form or requesting an estimate does not create a binding agreement. It's an invitation for us to contact you. Any project we perform is governed by a separate written proposal, estimate, or contract that you and AllGood sign. If anything in those documents conflicts with the Site, the signed documents control.
Prices, promotions, and offers shown on the Site are examples and may change without notice. Final pricing is provided in your written estimate. Financing options — including payments as low as $99/month, same-as-cash, and deferred-payment plans — are provided through third-party lenders and are subject to credit approval. Terms, rates, promotional periods, and eligibility vary and are disclosed by the lender before you commit.
Product and workmanship warranties are described in the written warranty documents that accompany your project. Any warranty statements on the Site are summaries for general information and do not replace or expand those documents. Manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer's terms.
By providing your contact information and opting in, you agree we may contact you by phone, text, and email about your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
The Site's content — including text, graphics, logos, and photos — is owned by AllGood or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites (such as financing partners or manufacturers). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided "as is" for general information, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AllGood is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the written contract for work we perform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Butler County, Ohio.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
